Printing in the Library
You need your OneCard to print in the library. It costs 10 cents per page to print in black and white. Color printing is coming soon! Every academic year, LMU students, staff & faculty members receive a free $25 credit on their OneCard for printing. This $25 credit is for printing only, and does not include photocopying, fines, food, etc. If you use up your free $25 then you must add Flexi-dollars to your OneCard. Either use the VTS (Value Transfer Station) machine located in the VTS room adjacent to the Information Commons, or go to the OneCard Office. Visitors must purchase a card from the VTS machine or visit the OneCard Office.
Wireless Printing (from your laptop)
You can install software that will let you print to the library printers using your own laptop. You will still need to swipe your OneCard at the printer to pay for and release the printout. Get more information and download the software.
LionShare
Save paper! Save the environment! Save your money! LionShare is an LMU-provided secure place for file storage, sharing and collaboration on the web. You can use this instead of emailing large files to professors, colleagues, friends, and family, or for transferring files for yourself that you need at home, school, or in your office (instead of using a floppy disk, CD, or a USB flash drive). Students, faculty, and staff all have access! We each have 200MB of personal space on LionShare. Just log into MyLMU to use it. You'll find LionShare under the System Logins menu. Here is the QuickStart
guide to LionShare. Questions or problems using LionShare? Contact the Information Technology Services Help Desk or visit the new St. Roberts Computer Lounge where ITS Help Desk staff are available.
OneCard
The OneCard Office is located next door to the library in St. Roberts Annex (near the ATM machine).
