OneCard for access and borrowing privileges in the William H. Hannon Library. Off-campus access to e-resources licensed by the William H. Hannon Library is not available for Loyola Law School students. For borrowing privileges, you must show your Onecard at the Circulation Desk.
Borrowing privileges are as follows:
- Maximum number of checkouts at one time: Students & Staff-50; Faculty-100
- Checkout period: Students & Staff-1 semester; Faculty-1 academic year
- Renewal periods: Students & Staff- 1 semester; Faculty - 1 academic year(items may be renewed twice)
- Online request for retrieval of library items
- Overdue fines per day: $0.25 per item; $1.00 per day for recalled items
- Not eligible for recalls
- Not eligible for Link+, interlibrary loan or course reserved items
- Media items may be used for in-house viewing only (LMU Law School faculty may checkout media for a 3 day loan period)
- Remote group study room reservations are not permitted; for onsite use, please see Information Commons Desk staff
- Visitor's card is subject to revocation if library privileges are abused
- The library reserves the right to limit use of computers to LMU students, staff and faculty during periods of heavy use (e.g. end of semester)
