The Catholic Human Relations Council Collection consists of the administrative and organizational records, and resource files of a lay Catholic civil-rights organization of the 1960s and 1970s active in Los Angeles. Mr. Horace Williams, past president of the organization, donated the materials to the Center for the Study of Los Angeles Research Collection.
