With 33 rooms to be shared among the LMU community, these group study rooms are a shared resource. We ask that you be considerate of others and help us to ensure equitable access to these spaces for all members of the university community. Success in achieving this goal will help minimize bureaucracy related to room use. In an effort to maintain equitable access to the rooms reservations may be deleted or modified if: 1) the reservation exceeds 4 hours; 2) a single user makes back-to-back reservations; 3) a single user reserves 2 or more rooms simultaneously; 4) you do not click the "start" button on the room display within 15 of your reservation time.

* Please note that the reservation system allows for users to make reservations for times when the library may be closed. We regret that we cannot change this in the system, but it is your responsibility to check the library building and service hours prior to booking your group study room.
