Type of room: Seminar/Lecture. Seating and tables are flexible and can be arranged according to classroom need. A display of rare materials will be customized to meet the needs of each individual class.

Location: Level 3, William H. Hannon Library. Department of Archives and Special Collections. Entrance to the seminar room is only through the main entrance of the department itself. Please see this map for the department's location: Hannon Library floor plan.

Reservations: A minimum of one week advance notice is required. Prior to the class visit, instructors must arrange a meeting with a department staff person to discuss which Archives and Special Collections materials are to go on display, as well as how the classroom is to be arranged.
Technology: Dell GX150 Computer. Digital projector. Wireless room. No whiteboard, document camera, or microphone.
Restrictions:
- Departmental staff must be present during class session.
- No food or drinks allowed anywhere inside the department.
- No pens allowed for notetaking. Pencils will be available for borrowing.
- All bags, backpacks, umbrellas and other personal items must be checked at designated lockers, or as indicated by staff.
