Problem: The full-text linking option may not appear on your search results.
Status: This is a known problem that the development team at EBSCO is working to correct.
Workaround: You may search for the journal title in the <a href=” http://sq4ya5rf2q.search.serialssolutions.com/”> Journal List</a> to see if the volume/issue you want is available.

Problem: If you're using Google Chrome or Safari web browsers to search the Journal List, you will notice that your results are sandwiched on top of each other.
Status: The Journal List vendor is aware of the problem and working to resolve it.
Workaround: Try using Internet Explorer or Firefox

Problem: The program will occasionally not find the correct path to the data DVD.
Status: Unknown issue.
Relaunching the program should resolve the problem and the program will find the correct data path (P: drive - \\libdvd\researchinsight). Contact Burney Wong to set up software on an individual basis. This resource is also available in the business computer lab.

Wireless (Pharos) printing
Problem: Trying to print via wireless network results in error connecting to port 28230.
Status: Configuration issue with the security software on the user's laptop.
