Borrowing Renewals

Most items borrowed from the William H. Hannon Library can be renewed online. If you have any questions about online renewal, please contact the Circulation Desk at (310) 338-5709.

Online Renewals may have limitations including:

  • You have overdue items.
  • You have items that have been recalled by another patron.
  • You have fine(s) owed
  • You have an Interlibrary loan (ILL) item. This can only be renewed with the approval of the originating library.
  • You have a Popular Reading Collection book. These can only be renewed once (for a one week renewal period).
  • You have a Link+ item. Renewing Link+ items online is considered a request to renew. You must check back later to see if the renewal you requested was approved. Link+ books can only be renewed one time (a two week renewal period)
  • You have an expired library account. Contact the Circulation Desk for assistance.
