To engage with our larger library research community, IRDL sponsored several events:

IRDL hosted the Scholars' Speaker Series, coordinated annually by a working group of IRDL scholars. Over four years, the series welcomed presentations by sixteen researchers using innovative methods in their work. Watch the recordings.

The IRDL Online Research Conference was created to facilitate discussions among librarian-researchers on current topics, with a methodological focus. View the agenda and slides for the presentations at the 2022 and 2024 conference.

IRDL also hosted presentations and workshops in support of the scholar community.
