Filming and Photography Permission Form

This form is for LMU students, faculty, and staff only. Requests from news or commercial entities must go through LMU Marketing and Communications. Please read our filming and photography policy before proceeding.

• Filming equipment is limited to a camera, a tripod, a simple lighting kit, and a microphone.  
• The film crew, including actors, must not exceed five people. 
• Filming in a group study room requires a reservation. 
• Craft services are not allowed inside the library.
