SCATLA Borrowers Request Form

This form is for current LMU Theological Studies graduate students only.

Graduate students in LMU’s Theological Studies program may request library privileges at other participating theological schools in Southern California by submitting this form.

Per the Southern California Theological Library Association (SCATLA) Cooperative Borrowing Policy, exact privileges and loan terms are set by the host library. Once a request has been approved, the student will be issued a yellow SCATLA Borrower's Card to present at the host library for further processing. Cards expire at the end of each LMU semester.
